Billed as “A Semi-Acoustic Local Music Showcase,” over the last two years Penny Arcade‘s monthly shows have featured an eclectic mix of local and touring pop, folk, indie rock and Americana acts at various city venues, including some of our favorite bands and musicians, like Sugar & Gold, The Papercuts, Loquat, Tim Cohen of Black Fiction, and Miguel Z. of The Harbours. With a new permanent home at The Make-Out Room, where the shows began, Penny Arcade looks to be going strong with a fun line-up Thursday night to celebrate their two-year anniversary.

The show features performances by Bay Bridged favorites The Dodos alongside folk artists The Mumlers from San Jose and San Francisco’s Nathan Moomaw.

The show starts at 9pm, is $6 and is 21+.
