Sholi Signs with Quarterstick/Touch and Go Records

Just a quick Friday news tidbit for you all. San Francisco’s Sholi (who recently played beside Iron and Wine) has signed to Quarterstick / Touch and Go Records for the release of their debut album, which will be released Feb. 17, 2009.

The label features such bands as Calexico, the Yeah Yeah Yeahs, Shipping News, TV on the Radio, Pinback, Blonde Redhead, Enon, Dirty Three, !!!, Henry Rollins and many others, so this is exciting news for Sholi. We eagerly await the new album. Happy weekend!
