Two Gallants Play The Fillmore Dec. 26
December 16, 2008
In what has become a Two Gallants tradition, the band will close 2008 with a hometown show. But this year, they take it to The Fillmore. The band will play on Dec. 26 with Crystal Antlers (LB) and The Tallest Man on Earth (from Sweden – who have been touring with Bon Iver).

Two Gallants – “Despite What You’ve Been Told”
Guitarist/vocalist Adam Stephens said in the press release: “Having grown up in the city and gone to shows at The Fillmore since we were little kids, this one clearly has a rather personal significance.” All of this comes after an exciting year (and a solo tour for Stephens) and news that a performance at the festival of “Despite What You’ve Been Told” will be featured on the Live from Bonnaroo 2008 DVD. A limited pre-order is available now, and can be purchased from the Bonnaroo website.
The show promises to be a fantastic post-Christmas bash with local heroes and world-class supporting acts. Two Gallants have really made a name for themselves with their somewhat spared-down neofolk and powerfully and poetic lyrics. They have recently released two distinct projects – their Acoustic EP The Scenery Of Farewell and their 3rd Full-Length Album Two Gallants.
The show starts at 8pm and costs $20.
