Yoni Wolf (Why?) show recording surfaces

With Alopecia ruling 2008, Why? leader Yoni Wolf has been playing some solo shows lately, including one at the Apple Store during Noise Pop. Via GrandGood, an excellent recording of Yoni performing solo in New York in December has surfaced, and it features some exciting new songs alongside a stripped-down “These Few Presidents” and a spoken-word rendition of “The Fall of Mr. Fifths”.

Wolf doesn’t have any upcoming local dates scheduled, but will be performing solo at SXSW as part of Anticon’s showcase.

    there is also a bootleg online of that apple store show. plenty of the new unreleased tracks and including two unrecorded tracks, i believe.
