Noise Pop opens web art gallery and store
April 7, 2009

Noise Pop‘s influence on the Bay Area music and arts continues to envelope the webosphere — they’ve just opened an online art gallery and webstore dubbed the Noise Pop Culture Club.
Currently there are two galleries up for viewing pleasure: one a collection of Lauren Dukoff’s photographs, with many of her Warhol-esque depictions of Devendra Banhart for sale in the webstore. The second gallery gives those who missed the Sights of Sounds art exhibit at this year’s Noise Pop Festival a second chance: there’s a limited selection of the work shown at Park Life, from musicians Mark Mothersbaugh, Jesse Michaels of Operation Ivy and several others. Alissa Anderson (Vetiver) took a nice snap of frontman Andy Cabic on the corner of 6th and Clement (shown above) going for $250.
