Ticket Giveaway: Little Joy & Leopold and his Fiction @ The Independent
May 27, 2009

Los Angeles’ own Little Joy is about to embark on a month long jaunt across the US and will be stopping at The Independent here in San Francisco next Wednesday. What began as a chance meeting in Lisbon between Rodrigo Amarante (Los Hermanos) and Fabrizio Moretti (The Strokes), Little Joy became a reality after a move to Los Angeles, the addition of Bikini Shapiro, and several late night song writing sessions; they released their first self-titled full length late last year on Rough Trade.
