On May 14, Operation: Restore Maximum Freedom, the annual anti-festival festival, holds its eleventh celebration of independent music. O:RMF is hosted by the Sacramento-Davis community station KDVS 90.3 FM, from 2 to 10pm at Plainfield Station, a bar and grill off the highway a hop, skip and a jump outside of Davis (pre-sale tickets are available). This year’s fest pinpoints not only several of Sacramento’s emerging independent musicians, but also features a solid local headliner, Zach Hill, and outsider rock legend R. Stevie Moore.
