New videos from Yalls, SAFE

While we’re on an East Bay music high today, please enjoy a few videos from Yalls and SAFE. Yalls aka Dan Casey cued up some scenes of his backyard in Berkeley and a BBQ in Oakland to the track “Run Deep.” The rest of the How Much We Have Lost EP as well as Casey’s January-released EP are posted on bandcamp.
Out of Oakland, SAFE began a series of live videos that the band says will be posted periodically. The first is for the track “HATESONG,” performed live and acoustic. SAFE is in the process of recording a new album, but their EP and other recordings are posted to their bandcamp.
Just watch Run Deep. I think this video is a great example for other artist to follow. It’s was probably really cheap and simple to make, but it was so creative and beautiful that it pulled me into the song like a high budget video would.
