railcars covers Kate Bush’s ‘Hounds of Love’

Covering a veritable masterpiece takes some serious moxie, but SF/LA-based Aria Jalali of railcars has done right in putting his own fuzz/noise electronic pop stamp on Kate Bush’s Hounds of Love. (By the way, I’ve been listening to the original a lot recently, and does it start off with the best 1-2 punch of any album ever or what?) You can download the reworking for free via Bandcamp, and it’s also out now on cassette and soon on vinyl.
railcars’ forthcoming first full-length is titled Machine Glows Slowly, and is produced by Jamie Stewart of Xiu Xiu.
