Street Eaters – “Nation Builder”
Rusty Eyes & Hydrocarbons is the first full length from East Bay band Street Eaters, the duo of Megan March (drummer in Before The Fall and Neverending Party) and John No (frontman of Fleshies). The album follows a series of singles and the We See Monsters EP, and comes out tomorrow on Bakery Outlet Records and Plan-It X Records. Like the rest of the album, “Nation Builder” is built out of a few pieces — drums, bass, and two sets of vocals — but the duo transforms those components into something angular and insistent.
Street Eaters’ record release show is July 14th at The Knockout (9pm, $5), with Yi, Detach Dolls, and The Fucking Ocean.
