The Art Museums broke up

Judging by the above Facebook comment, it appears that local synth-pop band The Art Museums have broken up, just on the heels of releasing a new 7″ on Slumberland Records.
The band left behind some great songs and were really fun at the recent Slumberland show at Popfest, and we’ll definitely keep you posted on future endeavors. If you were counting on seeing The Art Museums at the Woodsist Festival, know that they have been replaced by The Mantles.
