Real Estate’s new single, tour stops in Big Sur and at the Independent

Real Estate spent a good part of this year keeping quiet about their upcoming plans, including the move to Domino Records along with all of their side projects’ catalogs. Just last week they shared “It’s Real” from their upcoming Domino debut, Days, on the shelves October 18. Pick up the 7″ single for “It’s Real” as early as September 27, and enjoy a re-recording of another new one, “Blue Lebaron” (demo recording was posted in January via Pitchfork).
The Bay Area has the lucky chance to preview a lot of Real Estate’s second full-length on either of two tour stops: the annual Woodsist festival at the Henry Miller Library (July 30-31), and a show at the Independent on August 2 with Dominant Legs and Melted Toys.
