Light Asylum

Brooklyn dark wave duo Light Asylum are throwing an album release party at Public Works on May 14th. Fronted by the deep, charismatic croon of lead singer Shannon Funchess, Light Asylum’s self-titled debut album is sure to include plenty of the dark, shimmering synth pop and operatic melodies the band demonstrated so well on their In Tension EP.

You can find the album in stores on May 1st or wait until the show and grab a copy from the band themselves. Openers include Black Jeans, Omar, and Nako.
