Warm Soda

Matthew Melton (ex-Bare Wires) is no doubt in the throes of excitement that come with new music projects. His new trio Warm Soda (also featuring Rob Good and Sam Lefebvre) shared a track called “Reaction” just over a month ago, and they’ve now posted another one titled “Spellbound.” Clocking in at just under two rollicking minutes, “Spellbound” immediately paints the picture of a wild-haired, white-knuckled, bloodshot-eyed driver who’s face is nearly pressed against the windshield while barreling down pitch-black, winding roads.

Californians soon get the chance to hear anything else Warm Soda’s been working on too, as they just announced some live dates which you can check out below. Of note is the July 2nd gig at Bottom of The Hill, where they’ll be opening for Mississippi’s powerful Bass Drum of Death, along with DZ Deathrays.
