Charitable Donations

The Bay Bridged is a fiscally sponsored non-profit organization through Independent Arts and Media. As a result, all donations -- including monthly memberships and director/producer sponsorship packages -- are classified as charitable donations and are tax deductible to the extent allowed by law. Typically, a contribution is tax deductible for the amount donated minus the cost of the gifts received. In order to claim the charitable donation on your tax return, you must retain all records showing proof of donation. For more information please refer to IRS Publication 526 regarding chariable contributions.

Shipping/Refund Poicies

All packages will be shipped 2-3 business days from the date of purchase via the US Postal Service unless otherwise noted. Given the small size of our organization, all purchases are final and no refunds or exchanges are available after purchase.

With the purchase of The Bay Bridged, Volume 2 -- or any package containing this album -- you are entitled to a high quality mp3 digital download of the album. Upon purchasing this album from the store, you will receive an E-mail with a secure link to instantly download the music.
